We understand that e-mail is a simple and cost effective method of communication. However, sensitive personal and account information such as account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) should never be sent by e-mail.
We will never request your Personal Identification Number (PIN) by phone or e-mail.
We may not be able to immediately review every e-mail you send. Therefore, you should contact us by telephone or in-person for items that need immediate attention. E-mail may not be used to place a stop payment on a check, request transfers, report lost or stolen Checks, ATM Cards, Debit Cards, Credit Cards or PINs.
E-mail does not qualify as sufficient contact when you are required to provide written notice to us regarding your accounts.
